- Initial nursing assessment is conducted to evaluate each client’s needs and create a plan of care to guide Kennedy Care staff members
- Periodic evaluation visits are made to review the plan of care and ensure the care being provided meets the client’s satisfaction and needs
- On call 24/7 scheduling to handle after hours concerns
- 24/7 hour care is available
- Live-In services are available
